spay/neuter procedures. Pet owners may purchase a certificate from Friends of Animals that can be used for a routine spay
or neuter surgery at any participating veterinary hospitals.

The Warren County SPCA
is a non-profit organization which works within the State of New Jersey, specifically in the
Warren County area, to investigate complaints of animal cruelty. We work very closely with State and local police departments
within the county and work to educate the public regarding the New Jersey State Title IV animal cruelty laws.
